Founder & Lead Operator
A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, Chandler brings over 10 years of maintenance experience, including roles as an Industrial Maintenance Manager, leading PM program stand-up for multiple facilities, and managing capital budgets of up to $36 million. He has hands-on experience in extrusion, poultry processing, facility and warehouse maintenance, CNC equipment, and reliability-focused operations.
Marley Rice
Co-Owner - Sales & Operations
Marley leads Antler Ridge’s sales and operations, bringing 10 years of experience across the poultry and poultry rendering industries. A 2022 US Poultry & Egg 30 Under 30 recipient, she has led sales and strategy for a Top 10 Forbes business and is active in groups like Georgia Feed & Grain, Alabama Feed & Grain, the Poultry Protein & Fat Council, and the North American Rendering Association.

Deep Roots in Arkansas — and in Maintenance
Antler Ridge Ag and Land Services was founded by the Rice family to help landowners and businesses across Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma get more from their ground—whether that’s clearing overgrown acres or keeping complex facilities running. What started as a land and agricultural services company has grown to include commercial maintenance systems, preventive programs, and troubleshooting support for processing plants, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and other industrial operations.
Today, we combine deep local roots with real-world industrial experience—from maintenance management and PM program stand-up to capital budget oversight and reliability work. That blend lets us speak the language of both landowners and plant managers, designing clearing projects, maintenance programs, and on-site training that actually fit how your property or facility operates day to day.
